But they also sell mixes which include Bruce's bread pudding southern style, Bruce's sweet potato muffin mix, Bruce's sweet potato pancake mix (awesome), and Bruce's sweet potato biscuit mix. You can buy these at grocery stores and Walmart, but you'll also find them at touristy places. I first learned about Bruce's when we picked up the sweet potato pancakes at a tourist shop in Pigeon Forge, TN....then a few weeks later back in Illinois we saw it for sale at Walmart. Hurray.
